Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and photos of the item within 30 days of delivery.

  Receive Authorization

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific packaging instructions.

  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For small items, use the provided prepaid label; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence at a scheduled time.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection for damages, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
